We had a productive meeting online. Community leaders, organizations, business owners, and local community members attended. Our community innovation hub is about diversity, equity, and inclusion. We want to be inclusive and include everyone as part of this historical redevelopment. Updates:
- Presentation on what we plan to build for the existing 2 sears building.
- Sears building structural evaluation report came back from our engineers. The building is still in very good condition and can support all our ideas and projects except for the sports complex. we will look to build the sports complex by the sears auto shop.
- Updates site plan we presented to CAAPB. the site plan is not final but we will share this to the public. it is intended to give the public an idea of what we plan to develop and what the cAAPB requires.
